Symptom

OAuth 2.0 authentication fails with the following errors in the LeanIX - ServiceNow integration, while basic authentication and a direct OAuth2 token fetch via API are successful. 

  • Error while saving settings: 'Can not connect to host. Failed to retrieve oauth token from url /oauth_token.do'
  • Unexpected error occurred during validation of the ServiceNow configuration
