3734886 - Email Notification not triggered for Auto Complete Onboarding Tasks

In SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, editing an auto-completed task fails to trigger the configured email notifications.

1. Configure onboarding tasks (Write Welcome Message, Recommend Links for New Hires, Prepare for New Hire’s Day 1) to auto-complete.
2. Observe that email notifications are not triggered upon manual editing an  auto-completed task

Triggers need to configure

1. Verify that the following email notification triggers are configured in Manage Triggers > Email Notification Triggers:

• (ONB) New Welcome Message Added Trigger

• (ONB) Prepare for Onboardee First day Updated Trigger

2. Perform a Metadata Framework Refresh.

3. Retest by editing the auto-completed task. Email notifications will trigger as expected once triggers are active and metadata is refreshed
