3735042 - PY-IN: Error “Wage type XXX is not permitted for this employee group or ESG" when changing wage type

Symptom

  • When attempting to change wage type, the system displays the error: “Wage type XXX is not permitted for this employee group or ESG.”
  • For the affected employee, adjusting the record date to a past or future date and saving allows the wage type to be accepted without error.
