Symptom

Is it possible to configure the system generated email which is received when an Offer approval is reassigned?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  • Go to Reassign Offer approval
  • Select the Operator from whom the offer should be reassigned
  • Add the new approver
  • The new approver will receive an email notification about the Offer reassignment

Cause

This email notification is non configurable.

Resolution

Reassign Offer Approval Email notification is a system generated email. It is not possible to change the body or content of this email.

If you would like to change or improve this system behavior, please submit an enhancement request.
