Symptom

  • An occ dashboard initially displays correct data but later shows “No Data” for all gadgets when accessed by multiple users.
  • After selecting Hard Reload in a gadget, data disappears and remains absent until cache is cleared.
  • “No Data” appears across gadgets; no specific error code is displayed.
