Symptom

  • After migrating reports publication starts to fail with:
    ERROR[PublishingService:RunInstancePool-XXX] BusinessObjects_publicationAdminErrorLog-Instance_XXXXXXX - [Publication ID # XXXXXXX] - An SDKException was caught. Is your CMS running and configured properly? (FBE60003)

  • Right click on any publication > go to Formats > you get error java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException

       

  • Right click on publications > to go prompts settings >you get the error "Internal error occurred: while trying to invoke the method
    com.businessobjects.clientaction.shared.promptsSummary.SharedPromptsBean.toString() of a null object loaded from a local variable at slot 30. Contact your administrator."
