SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3735220 - "Create Related Item" options are not shown for Ticket

Symptom

In Tickets TI screen, the "+" button for "Create Related Item" is not showing the options "Create Quote", "Create Opportunity", "Create Lead",  "Create Sales Order" and "Create Ticket". While in "Related Items" facet, those actions are available.
