3735220 - "Create Related Item" options are not shown for Ticket

In Tickets TI screen, the "+" button for "Create Related Item" is not showing the options "Create Quote", "Create Opportunity", "Create Lead",  "Create Sales Order" and "Create Ticket". While in "Related Items" facet, those actions are available.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Service Work Center.
2. Navigate to Tickets.
3. Open the desired Ticket.
4. Go to Related Items facet.
5. On Follow-up section, click on More.
6. See there are "Create Quote", "Create Opportunity", "Create Lead",  "Create Sales Order" and "Create Ticket" options.
7. Now click on "+" button from the top right (Create Related Item).
8. Observe all or some of those actions are not displayed here.

The Create Related Item options are hidden via Adaptation Mode.

The "Create Related Item" button and "Related Items" facet are independent from each other, being possible to hide or display different options according to what is set in the Adaptation Mode.

In order to enable or disable the visibility of those options, please follow:

1. Go to Service > Tickets.
2. Open the desired Ticket.
3. Click on menu profile > Start Adaptation.
4. Right click on "+" button, it will show the menu options.
5. Go inside each one and choose which ones will be visible or not (by marking the 'hide' checkbox or not).
