3735247 - How Attachment Verification Works for Resource Activity Items in SAP Fieldglass

This article describes functionality introduced in the May 2026 SAP Fieldglass release

When working with Resource Activity Items in SAP Fieldglass, customers may notice one or more of the following situations:

• After uploading an attachment, the Activity Item shows Pending Verification instead of Completed
• A reviewer does not appear to receive a request to review an attachment
• The reviewer field shows a role name instead of a specific person
• The status shown in reports does not match the status shown in the user interface
• The Final Verification Date is not visible
• Multiple attachments were uploaded, but only one appears during review
