<COMMON> FscResProviderDb::OnlineResource returning status 10012 (0x0000271C)here is error "FscCluRes::WaitForState timed out after 180 seconds"
- In database alert log the database shutdown and startup with cluster hostname takes more than 3 minutes which is larger than 180 seconds.
