Symptom
- A KUT field is created under Product > Sales > Details: Distribution Chain.
- The extension scenario "Product – Sales to Ticket – Item" is enabled, and the field is added to Ticket > Items > General Data.
- However, when a product is added to a ticket item, the KUT field does not auto-populate in the ticket.

Reproducing the Issue

Create a KUT field in Product > Sales > Details.

Enable the extension scenario "Product – Sales to Ticket – Item".

Add the KUT field to Ticket > Items > General Data.

Maintain a value for the KUT field in the product's sales data.

Add the product to a ticket.
-
Observe that the KUT field value is not transferred to the ticket item.
Cause
A product may contain multiple sales items within the Sales tab, each associated with different sales organizations and sales units.
When a product is added to a ticket item, only the sales item whose sales organization matches the ticket's sales organization is considered for data transfer.
If no sales item matches the ticket's sales organization, the KUT field value cannot be brought into the ticket item.
Resolution
Ensure that the sales organization of the ticket matches the sales organization of at least one product sales item.
Once they match, the KUT field value from the corresponding Product > Sales > Details record will be correctly transferred to Ticket > Items > General Data when adding the product.
