3735357 - cannot release SPDD transport request because original owner user is not found after a system update

Symptom

  • After a system upgrade with SUM(Software Update Manager), an SPDD transport request cannot be released.
  • The task within the request is released, but the main transport request cannot be released.
  • The original owner user of the transport cannot be found.
  • Example messages observed: "main transport couldn't be released"; "user is not to be found".
