3735489 - AI button visible in various areas when AI features are disabled; clicking shows "unable to understand"

Symptom

  • The AI button appears in various areas interface even though AI features are turned off.
  • Error message: "Unable to understand. Try refining your input." when the AI button is clicked.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the blog post creation or any other area where the AI is available. 
  2. Click the AI button.
  3. Observe the error message.

Cause

Known issue.

Resolution

  1. This fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on R2603B release(Release date: 16th of April 2026).
