Symptom

In latest people profile, despite maintaining data in Card Help Text for Job Relationship portlet, the '?' and text is not visible on the profile.

Environment

SuccessFactors Employee Profile 2511

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Configure Latest People Profile.
  2. Insert data for card help text job relationship portlet > save.
  3. Check profile > card help text nor icon is visible.

Cause

Known Issue.

Resolution

This is a known issue and will be fixed in the 1H2026 release.
