3735646 - The Greeting text heading is not defined in iOS Voicever for Home page SuccessFactors mobile

Symptom

The "Good evening!" text is not defined as heading. This resulted in screen reader users finding it difficult to understand the screen content structure.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 2H 2025

Reproducing the Issue

  1. On an iOS device, enable Voiceover.
  2. Open the SuccessFactors mobile app and navigate to the Home Page.
  3. Move Voiceover focus to the greeting text (for example, “Good evening!”).
  4. Observe that the text is not announced as a heading.

Cause

VoiceOver focus is an assistive virtual cursor in Apple devices, this is a Known Issue where heading is not properly announced.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.
