3735667 - I-9 section 2 list C shows as required when 'require list a or b document upload' is enabled - Onboarding

When the "Require list A or B document upload" setting is enabled under Compliance Settings > US I-9, selecting List B for document upload causes List C to appear mandatory.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to Compliance Settings > US I-9 and enable "Require list A or B document upload".
2. Start I-9 Section 2 and select List B as the document option.
3. Observe that List C fields are required to complete the section

Expected behavior.

Enabling "Require list A or B document upload" makes the List C file upload optional, but the List C document information remains mandatory when completing Section 2 with a List B + C combination.
