3735811 - Missing SA document for 'My Timesheet' postings while CO document is created (Event-Based Revenue Recognition)

Symptom

After 2602.1 CFD release upgrade, the revenue recognition postings that were usually generated according to the matching principle together with the cost posting on a work package (WBS element), are not created anymore.

This issue occurs only for Professional Services customer projects that are still using the old resource-related billing solution.
- Use Project Billing (New) = No
Customer projects that are using Project Billing are not affected.

Cause

Missing revenue account determination after the 2602.1 CFD release upgrade.

Resolution

A fix for this issue is already developed and is planned* to be released with hotfix collection HFC08, on the weekend of April 17-19.

In Event-Based Revenue Recognition, a period-end closing run is necessary to correct WIP accrued revenue on the balance sheet and to make corresponding revenue adjustments in the income statement. The related journal entries are aggregated by personnel number and have a different reference document compared to the original cost postings.
