3735811 - Missing SA document for 'My Timesheet' postings while CO document is created (Event-Based Revenue Recognition)

Symptom

After 2602.1 CFD release upgrade, the revenue recognition postings that were usually generated according to the matching principle together with the cost posting on a work package (WBS element), are not created anymore.

  • This issue occurs only for Professional Services customer projects that are still using the old resource-related billing solution.
    • Use Project Billing (New) = No
  • Customer projects that are using Project Billing are not affected.
