3735859 - When I change a user’s Supervisor or Cost Center it is not reflected in the Master Data Incremental Load for User

Symptom

When I change a user’s Supervisor and/or Cost Center in transaction PA30 in my SAP ERP system, the updates do not appear in the CSV file generated by the ARBCIG_MASTER_DATA_EXPORT program during the Master Data Incremental Load for User.

These updates are only captured if I also change another user field in SU01, such as First Name or E-mail Address, at the same time.

I expect standalone changes to Supervisor or Cost Center to be included in the master data export.
