The RFQ creator name is not provided as a standard mappable field in the delivered RFQ form context and requires a custom field.

Create and enable a custom RFQ header field via 'Custom Fields and Logic' (F1481), populate it using BAdIs (MM_PUR_S4_RFQ_MODIFY_HDR or MM_PUR_S4_RFQ_MODIFY_PRINT_HDR) with cl_abap_context_info=>get_user_technical_name, and correct form data bindings before regenerating the output.
