Symptom
After initiating Crossboarding from Recruiting, Job Information fields (e.g., department, unit, section) incorrectly retain values from the previous position in the Employee Central profile.

Reproducing the Issue
- Start a Crossboarding process from Recruiting;
- Open the user’s job/position information within Employee Central;
- Observe that some fields retain the values from the previous position.
Cause
The new position lacks values for certain fields in the position configuration, so no data is passed from Recruiting to Onboarding; as a result, the system behaves as designed by retaining existing values from the previous position when no new values are provided.
Resolution
Make sure to configure the position fields in order to pass all the values from recruiting.
