After clicking "View Approval Details", the item and approval details view briefly loads, then turns into a blank screen.

4. Observe that the item and approval details view briefly loads, then turns into a blank screen.

Workaround: Click the item title or another area of the tile, but the "View Approval Details" button, then select "View Approval Details" to see the approval information.
