3736308 - RAP actions missing after upgrade (UI5 duplicate id and "mandatory value for action not found" in annotations)

Symptom

  • Preview of a Fiori elements list report for a child entity with multiple rap actions does not load.
  • UI5 error: "Error: adding element with duplicate id ...--action::".
  • OData annotations show UI.DataFieldForAction entries with an empty Action property and message: "ERROR: Mandatory Value for Action not found".
  • No actions are returned for the child entity when queried via the underlying framework.
  • An exception indicating that no behavior definition was found for the child entity is raised during behavior metadata loading.
