The AI‑Assisted Writing icon/pop‑up is not displayed in the Program Description field when creating a Program in Learning Administration in Firefox.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log in to learning administrator permissions.
2. Navigate to Learning Administration → Learning Activities → Programs.
3. Select Add New to create a Program.
4. Go to the Description field and observe that the AI‑Assisted Writing icon/pop‑up is not available in Firefox.
5. Repeat the same steps in a different browser (for example, Chrome) and observe that the AI‑Assisted Writing icon/pop‑up appears.

A product defect causes the AI‑Assisted Writing icon to be unavailable for the Program Description field in Firefox.

• A fix is planned for the 2H 2026 release
• Until the fix is delivered, perform the affected action in a browser where the icon appears (for example, Chrome).
