• Requirement to create a Validation Rule Type that supports alert entities other than PERNR (for example, ABKRS) in Payroll Control Center.
• Available rule logic classes appear to default to PERNR-based entities, although the F4 help lists additional alert entities.
• Uncertainty whether the current version supports non-PERNR alert entities or if an add-on class is required.
• Business requirement to detect when no employees have a specific infotype for an unperformed process and raise alerts by ABKRS instead of to all employees.
