3736367 - Incoming NFS-e are being populated in J_1BNFE_ACTIVE table

Consider the following scenario:

• It is being created an Incoming NFS-e (Electronic Services Nota Fiscal) using an Invoice document in transaction code MIRO
• The NFS-e is being created in a Business Place not located in the cities of São Paulo (SP) or Rio de Janeiro (RJ)

It was noticed that the Incoming NFS-e are being added to the table J_1BNFE_ACTIVE incorrectly
