3736401 - HTTP 415 Error on /gigyaraas/login After Upgrading SAP Commerce Cloud 2211 to JDK21

Symptom

After upgrading SAP Commerce Cloud 2211 from JDK17 to JDK21, the CDC (Customer Data Cloud) login endpoint returns an HTTP 415 error. The Spring log shows:

Resolved [org.springframework.web.HttpMediaTypeNotSupportedException:
Content type 'application/x-www-form-urlencoded;charset=UTF-8' is not supported]

Affected endpoint: POST /gigyaraas/login
              
The endpoint works correctly on JDK17 and fails only after the upgrade to JDK21.
