3736416 - Push Notification is not working in SAP Service and Asset Manager 2505

Symptom

Push Notification is not working in SSAM 2505, our initial debugging and analysis indicate an issue with the device registration process post-TCI implementation: When a mobile device attempts to register with the SAP system, the Device ID is being incorrectly updated/set to CLIENT_DEVICE_ID_DUMMY. The corresponding client registration information (which typically includes necessary details for push notification service integration) is being populated as empty.
