3736429 - Blank Time Sheets Not Auto-Submitted Despite Submission Rule Trigger

There is a business requirement for positive and overtime time recorders to have time sheets automatically submitted even when no entries exist in the current period.

Although a time sheet submission rule has been configured to override the default auto-submission logic, blank time sheets (with no entries) are not automatically submitted. Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems.
