3736448 - People Search Results May Not Return Full Target Population (TP) When Using Alternative Permissions

• In modules that utilize post filter conditions for search (alternative permissions), the search functionality may not return the complete Target Population (TP). As a result, some users may not appear in search results even though they are part of the expected population.
