    While attempting to integrate Joule with SAP Ariba solutions, the SAP Build Work Zone content channel fails to synchronize content and returns an error message : "<Connectivity/InternalError>: The content could not be retrieved due to an internal error. Please try again later. If the problem persists, open a ticket in the connectivity service. "
