3736553 - EPF Joint Declaration (Form 26) Mandatory Enrollment Selection for Existing EPF Members - Onboarding

During hiring of an Indian employee in Onboarding, for Compliance Forms → EPF (Employee Provident Fund) → Form 26 (Joint Declaration):

• The field “For enrolment – Choose” is mandatory
• Only two options are available:
  1. For those members who join EPF for the first time
  2. For those members who join employment again after superannuation

For employees who:

• Already have an existing EPF membership (UAN available)
• Are not retired/superannuated

There is no appropriate option, causing confusion during onboarding.
