3736620 - RemoteException Occurred while Rescheduling Interview - Recruiting Management

Error message "RemoteException occurred while Reschedule interview" appears when attempting to reschedule an interview and selecting "replace" while adding a new slot.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Schedule an interview using Interview Scheduling
2. Candidate cancel the booked interview via the career portal.
3. In Interview Scheduling, select the candidate under Interviews > Not booked and start rescheduling.
4. Select interviewer and a new time slot, then when prompted choose Replace.
5. Continue to the Contact Candidate(s) page, when attempting to send the system returns the error: "RemoteException occurred while Reschedule interview".

This is a known issue.

This fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.
