Symptom

  • When calculating view recommended notes for SID in Maintenance Planner under Discover SAP Notes, a message occurs: "Selected system '<SID>' not found for recommendation."
  • The workflow additionally prompts to raise a ticket and displays a log id.

For example as below message:

Selected system '<SID>' not found for recommendation
For assistance, please raise a ticket using the log ID: *********.
