Story may show empty/older data or display:

• "We couldn't connect to your SAP Datasphere tenant. For more information, see our troubleshooting page." in SAP Analytics Cloud
• "Failed to consume SAP Datasphere artifact due to user authorization issue. Please check if your user has the necessary permissions in both SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere"

The network trace (see KBA 2280022) can also contain the message:

• "Unable to get the credentials via API-Proxy: Unable to get space information from Datasphere with tunnel connection: Not successful response: {\"result\":\"Forbidden\",\"token\":\"[REDACTED]\"}"
