Error when requesting full day absence "Please enter an amount that is a multiple of XX minutes"

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

1. Work Schedule has planned hours as say 7:20 which is 7.3333 hours (Decimal would be 0.666, 0.333 etc.)
2. Time type configuration is:
   • Permitted Fractions For Unit Hour: Requesting in hours and minutes &
   • Allow Requests In Increments Of [Minutes]: 15 (say)
3. Request a full day absence for the employee using the above time type, the error message says "Please enter an amount that is a multiple of 15 minutes" 
4. Expected behavior is that the absence should be successful (since Allow Requests In Increments Of [Minutes] is not applicable for full day absence)

This is a known defect.

• Product engineering is working on the fix.
• The fix is planned via patch 2H2025p27 (PTCH-49504) which is tentatively planned on 23rd April in Production environments.
• This KBA will be updated once the fix date is confirmed.
