3736680 - Activity rate replication in Central Finance considers controlling area currency, not object currency

Symptom

In Central Finance activity rate replication, an activity rate may appear with an unexpected value in the target system when the source planning is maintained with object currency.

This can be observed especially in scenarios involving currencies with 0 decimal places and high exchange rates, where the replicated value in the target does not match the customer’s expectation based on object currency planning.

In some cases, customers also observe that the value displayed in transaction KP27 does not appear consistent with entries found in database table COST.
