3736687 - Some production orders are not picked up in CO88 when they are assigned to a cost object hierarchy

Symptom

During settlement with transaction CO88, some production orders are not picked up for processing.

In such cases, the affected orders may appear to have a settlement rule entry such as PP2 in table COBRB, while other production orders are processed normally.
