3736705 - How to change SAP Traceability hub connectivity by self onboarded partners for US DSCSA scenario

This KBA explains the steps to switch the ICH connectivity from one provider to another for the US DSCSA scenario.

ICH Onboarding

1. Sign in to the appropriate ICH portal  (stage or production).
2. Open the Manage Connections tile and choose Configure Connection to the platform (refer below screenshot).
   
   
   
   
3. Select the scenario: US DSCSA (refer below screenshot).
   
   
   
   
4. In Connect Configuration, update the connection settings (for example, select the correct TPI) as required and confirm the change (refer to screenshot below)
