3736723 - Ratings and Comments are in not editable in Modify stage of 360 review forms

• Item ratings and section comments are not editable or do not display for the employee during modify stage in a 360 form.
• XML permissions for item ratings and comments are configured without errors, but the front end does not allow entries in modify stage.
• No error message is displayed.

SAP Successfactors 360 Reviews

1. Configure a 360 form template with a section (for example, competencies/attributes) that enables item ratings and section comments, and grant write permissions to the employee in modify steps.
2. Launch the 360 form and open it while it is in a modify stage.
3. Observe that ratings and section comments are not available for input or are read-only despite the configured permissions.

In the Modify Stage roles defined in the route map can only nominate raters, and send the form to Evaluation step. This is a current expected product behaviour.
