3736806 - Partitioning plan not generated (BW/HANA - BW4/HANA)

You generate a partitioning plan with command:

CALL REORG_GENERATE(6,'GROUP_NAME => <GROUP NAME>');

but the result of command

SELECT * FROM SYS.REORG_PLAN

is empty.
