While attempting to integrate Joule with SAP Analytics Cloud, the SAP Build Work Zone content channel fails to synchronize content and returns an error message : 
"<Connectivity/InternalError>: Could not fetch content due to an internal error. Please try again later. If the issue persists, please open a ticket on the connectivity service. "
