Symptom

  • Repository sync job fails for GRC Access Control to SuccessFactors.
  • Error logs are visible in SLG1.
  • GRC tables are not populated after the sync.
  • Error message: "HTTP Call error, COE_PROPERTY_NOT_FOUND [COE0021] invalid property names: User/Username".
  • In some cases, error "COE_GENERAL_FORBIDDEN" may be observed.
