3736891 - Batch from Outbound Delivery not copied to Inbound Delivery in STO process - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • In a Stock Transport Order (STO) process, the batch number from the Outbound Delivery (OBD) is not transferred to the Inbound Delivery (IBD).
  • The system generates a new, incorrect internal batch number for the IBD during its creation via the SPED output type.
