3736913 - Mashup parameter is not populated

Mashup parameter is not populated in SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2.

SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

1. Go to affected view.
2. Open any record.
3. Launch or access the mashup.
4. Observe that the mashup opens with the parameter value shown as null.

• The affected field used as the parameter was not added to the UI layout.
• The parameter was not mapped to the wanted field via adaptation mode.

1. Open the affected screen and start adaptation mode.
2. Click on the pencil button to edit the mashup.
3. The parameter name that was added in mashup authoring should appear.
4. Under the parameter name, select a field from the dropdown.
5. Select a section and add the field that is used as parameter to the screen.
6. Apply the changes, end adaptation, refresh the screen, and test the mashup to confirm the parameter value is passed.
