3736967 - Format of Emails is Incorrect And Presents Linebreaks Randomly

Symptom

Formatting of emails is presented incorrectly, presenting line break tags instead of an actual line break. 

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Using Data Workbench import Email business object.
  2. Import will go trough.
  3. Check timeline view of the object, content will appear malformed. 

Resolution

Check the used payload, such problems are usually related to not supported characters being used to upload.

Such as: "<" and ">" . Also consider paragraph opening and closing tags.
