Symptom

  • Users are experiencing the error ‘An application error occurred. Please try again later or notify support if the issue persists’ when performing actions in People Search.
  • This issue is observed only in the DC66 Preview environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 

Reproducing the Issue

Issue appearing when users performing any search on people search.

Cause

The root cause was identified as high memory utilization in the cluster

Resolution

Product Engineering has fixed the cluster issue and the error is no longer appearing.
