Symptom

While running the Joule booster and during the creation of a Formation, it throws the following error:

  • Synchronization between SAP Cloud Identity Service System and SAP Build Work Zone System 'aaa' has failed.
    - SAP Build Process Automation System 'aaa' returned a technical error for assignment with ID 'bbb': "No valid SAP Build Work Zone subscription found. Support component: \"EP-WZ-STA-SET\""
