Agniveer Corpus Fund is a government-managed, interest-bearing fund created under the Agnipath Scheme in 2022, where both Agniveers and the government contribute equally, and the accumulated amount is paid as a lump sum (Seva Nidhi) after completion of service. The final amount paid to the Agniveer from this fund is called Seva Nidhi package. It is given after completion of 4 years of service.
