3737111 - handover date from purchase order not used as freight unit pick-up date when incoterm location is supplier location in tm s/4hana

When creating a FU in TM from a PO, the PO Handover Date/Time from the Confirmation tab is inconsistently used as the FU pick-up time window.

• If an Incoterm location other than the supplier's location is used, the PO Handover Date is correctly applied as the FU pick-up date.
• However, if the Incoterm location is set to the supplier's location, the PO Handover Date is not utilized as the FU pick-up date.
