3737120 - Public view variants not visible to other users by default in SAP Work Zone Standard Edition

• When the app is launched directly from the backend, variant management shows options such as Set as Default, Public, and Apply Automatically.
• When the app is launched from work zone standard edition, users can create a public variant, but other users do not see the shared public variant by default in the view selector.
• No error messages are shown.
