• Users are able to search and link inferred skills with inactive attribute type status to Development Goals.
• No error message is shown, the skill can be selected from the search suggestion dropdown.

1. Create or edit a Development Goal.
2. Click search in the attribute field and start typing an inferred skill name, the skill is not in confirmed status.
3. Select the skill from the suggestion dropdown.
4. The inferred skill is added and linked to the Development Goal.

The issue is planned to be fixed with a patch, it's scheduled as follows:

- preview systems: April 21st 2026;

- production systems: April 23rd 2026.
